We offer a variety of standard and express shipping options depending on the destination country. 

Available shipping options will be presented during checkout.


All applicable duties (customs tariffs) and taxes (VAT) will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You will have the option to pay duties & taxes up-front during checkout (DDP) or once you receive your delivery (DDU).

Duty & Tax amounts calculated and paid during checkout are guaranteed. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 1-12 days depending on shipping selection at checkout. Express will usually be 1-5 days, Standard will be 5-12.  Transit time will be displayed at checkout. 

We accept returns of items purchased on goodamerican.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.

Returns will be subject to a $15 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Taxes and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. You will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label and schedule a pickup with DHL.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.


Products with protective adhesive strip (i.e Bodysuits and Swim) must be returned with protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns with the strip removed will not be accepted.


We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retail partner locations. Please return to the store purchased from directly.


Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
