We are able to honor price adjustments for orders placed within seven (7) days of the markdown. Price adjustments can not be combined with another promotion. If a discount code was applied at the time of purchase and the item is reduced, your order is not eligible for a price adjustment. Additionally, price adjustments can only be honored if the specific size and color of the product are still in stock and available on the website for purchase. You must select the reason "Product is Defective" and add comments as to why the item is faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are a result of normal wear and tear.

We offer a variety of standard and express shipping options depending on the destination country. Available shipping options will be presented during checkout. All applicable duties (customs tariffs) and taxes (VAT) will be calculated and paid up-front during checkout (DDP). There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 1-12 days depending on shipping selection at checkout. Express will usually be 1-5 days, Standard will be 5-12. Transit time will be displayed at checkout.
